Outlook 2003 - Restoring Junk E-mail Folder

I have managed to delete the Junk e-Mail folder from my
Microsoft Exchange account on outlook 2003. I can't find
a way to restore the folder, and the junk e-Mail filter
now doesn't work, which is annoying.

Any ideas?
