Outlook 2003 - Right click not working.

When right clicking on an email or contact no menu pops
up. I do get a menu when I click on an appointment in the
calendar or if I highlight multiple emails and right
click the menu pops up, but it will not pop up when
clicking on a single email or contact.

I am using Outlook 2003 with the latest SP and hot fixes,
and I have already tried Detect and Repair as well a
reinstalling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
