I have set a rule in Outlook 2003 to forward all messages to another
e-mail account while the user is away. This rule works fine 49 times
out of 50 but every once in a while there is a message that comes in
to the In box but doesn't forward. I have checked the sent items
folder and there is no forwarded mail there. The messages before and
after work fine and if I resend the same message that didn't work it
works fine the next time.
I have all the XP updates and office updates. Same prbolem exists on
two different computers. Any ideas what could be happening?
