Hiya,
I was wondering if anyone has run across this problem before.
In Outlook 2003 When I choose, Tools > Rules and Alerts, the dialog box opens and close real fast.
I can right click on a message and setup a rule for that message but after that I cannot disable the rule or edit it.
I have tried to un-install outlook and re-install and that dosen't work.
Anyone have an idea?
