Outlook 2003 Rules Help

Hello all, I am trying to create a rule that will move all of the
email I receive from internal users to one folder and external emails
to another folder. Failing that, I would like a rule that can simply
route email from external sources (outside of the company) to a
folder?

Is this possible? If so, how?
