Outlook 2003 - Rules Malfunction

Aru

Hi,

I use rules in Outlook 2003. Strangely I have this rule (see beow)
does work fully for few emails and for most of the rest does work but
not forward. Any suggestions? Thank you for reading my question.

Apply this rule after the message arrives
where my name is in the To box
and sent to <email1>
forward it to <email2>
and move it to the <folder1> folder
and mark it as read
except with <word1> or <word2> in the sender's address

I'd add "stop processing more rules" to that if you have any rules that
occur after this one.

Are you saying that it moved to folder1, gets marked as read but does not
forward (i.e., does not appear in Outbox or Sent Items), or that it appears
in Outbox, but nothing happens after that?

Brian,

Thank you for your response. I tried "stop processing more rules". But
problem still persists.

My answer to your question is : I meant "it moved to folder1, gets
marked as read but does not
forward (i.e., does not appear in Outbox or Sent Items)"

I forgot to add the following information last time. When it forwards
it fails to mark as read.

I'm afraid I can't help with this one.
