Outlook 2003 Rules stopped to work ..

Hi,

all of a sudden my Rules of Outlook 2003 stopped to be processed when new
messages arrive. If I start Rules manually - they work ok. What might be the
problem ?

P.S.

This lasts for some time, so rebooting did not help .. :)
