Since I receive emails from a vast majority of newsletters, is there a way to
setup a rule without the "correct" address? Example if am receiving email
from [email protected], but next month it may be from
[email protected], so then the rule would not work for the second
month, so, is there a way to use something like *@microsoft.com? I've tried
it and it did not work, so, any other ideas?

Have you tried to create a rule and use the condition "with specific words
in the sender's address" I have had some success with using this condition
and putting in microsoft.com as the specific words.
