Outlook 2003 Rules

Since most e-mail that arrives after 5pm or over the
weekend is SPAM, I'd like to create a rule that filters
messages by the time of day they arrive. But I don't see
this feature in Outlook 2003. Am I missing something?

Any advice is much appreciated.
