Outlook 2003 running slow, have to keep clicking End Task to close

Hi All,

My outlook 2003 is running very slow (the others are fine), and I'm not
really sure why. It's especially slow when I open the application and it
normally keeps clocking when I try to close the application and I have to
click end task.
