Outlook 2003 Saying "locate link browser"

[Confused Person]

I am not sure what is happening but my outlook has been doing this for some
thime and it is getting annoying because I cannot access any of my links in
emails. Please Someone respond to this I have tried many things and i am not
sure what to do
