Outlook 2003 says "there is no printer installed" but it's not tru

Hi,
I have an unusual situation in which Outlook 2003 does not recognize
printers that are installed to a user's profile. There are several printers
installed and the user can print to any of them from Word or Excel but cannot
print from Outlook 2003 and also cannot print from Internet Explorer. When
they try to print, the error that pops us says "Printing is not available,
there is no printer installed". Any help you can offer to fix this would be
appreciated.
