I have a user running Outlook 2003 Prof. that gets an error message stating
it encountered a problem and asks if he wants to send to microsoft or not.
This happens when he opens an email in his inbox and then uses the up and
down arrow to scroll to the next message is when he gets the error message.
I ran detect and repair, uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled, uninstalled the
entire Office 2003 Prof. package and reinstalled, deleted his profile and
reconfigured outlook. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
