Hello,
I have just created a public folder for shared contacts in exchange server
2003. If I open a new email in outlook 2003, I can search the address book by
selecting the public folder from the drop down menu. What I would like to
know, when I change the address book options so that outlook's address search
order is the public contact folder after the GAL, it does not find any of the
contacts? Is this available with the use of public folders? Or, is the a
manual search by the user to select the public folder address book from the
drop down?
Thank you in advance for any help.
