Outlook 2003 Security

Hi,

I have recently written a Visual Basic .NET application
that sends email via Outlook 2002. This worked perfectly
until I upgraded to Outlookm 2003. Now I get a box
popping up stating that another application is trying to
send email via my Outlook application. Where do I turn
this off in Outlook. How do I get it to trust my
application?
