With my older version of Outlook, I could right click a file and choose Send
To and send that file without Outlook running. With Outlook 2003 I do this
and I must start Outlook 2003 to send this e-mail with the attachment. How
do I fix it so I don't have to run Outlook 2003 when I do a right click Send
To? (I am connected to a Microsoft Exchange Server.) Thanks!
