I am running Outlook 2003 with Win XP SP2, out of the
blue yesterday I recieved an error message while clicking
the Send/receive button. the error message is "You Don't
have appropriate permission to perform this action"
any ideas as to what could be causing this, I have
reinstalled Office twice and it still occurs
