OS is Windows XP SP1. Sometimes when replying to e-mails, Outlook
automatically sends an "empty" e-mail to the recipient; sometimes 2 empty
e-mails. No error message, simply clicking "Reply" on the e-mail message and
a blank e-mail is sent without clicking "send.
SP2 is not installed and another person reported on this website that he had
installed SP2 and this is when the problem began for him. Thanks for any
