Outlook 2003 Sending Error

The mail is receiveable but cannot be sent out.
After the error message came out, the sending mail went to "sent items"
folder but not stay in the "Outbox" folder.

The error message is showed following:

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 501 Too many syntax
or protocol errors'

In your SMTP account settings, where is says username have you entired your
email address (eg: [email protected] vs korland)?

Are you talking about the outgoing server under more settings?

If it is, our service provider doesn't require the authentication;
therefore, I leave whole page of that empty.

Actually, we do have more than 10 PCs which had same settings as this
computer; however, only this one pop out this error message!
