Outlook 2003: sending mails when my Outbox is empty

K

KDW

Everytime I try to check and send mails Outlook says it is sending more
mails than there are in my mailbox. Even when my Outbox is empty, it starts
sending 2 or 3 emails, over and over again.

I have the latest anti-Virus software (updated) so I cannot image it is a
virus.

Can someone help me?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, KDW asked:

I already have 2 different mail profiles: one for office mails and one
for my personal accounts.
