Outlook 2003 'Sent Items' Empty

I have a user who cannot see anything in her Sent Items folder. I sat
at the PC and sent a few messages. The messages were delivered but
copies are not inserted in the Sent Items folder.

A user is using Outlook 2003 (no Outlook SP) on a new PC running XP
Pro SP1.

Important: "Save Copies of message in Sent Items folder" IS checked in
Tools-Options/(tab)Email Options.

Any suggested ways to troubleshoot?
