Outlook 2003 - shared calendars

Hi there
We have in our Office a W3K with Exchange server 2003 -
and Outlook 2003 SP1 as client; I want to share my
calendar with the others... I have already given them the
Supervisor-Permission to work with my agenda.
BUT when someone tries to fix an appointment for me...
outlook keeps it for a while (30 seconds) and then
puff.... it is gone and canceled...
Someone can help me?
