We have a supervisor that wants her secretary to share
her email profile and keep her mailbox cleaned up.
I have shared her inbox, deleted items folder, junk
folder and outbox folder on the supervisor's computer.
Problem
When the secretary deletes from the inbox, it
does not reflect the number of items deleted in the
deleted items folder nor the total number of messages in
the inbox on the supervisor's computer.
What am I missing?
We are using windows 2000 and office 2003 on both
computers.
