Outlook cached mode not synchronising with exchange

I have a user whose cached mailbox is not synchorinising properly with
the exchange's version. She logs on to a terminal server from home
(which uses outlook online mode), moves some emails from her inbox
into a subdirectory of the inbox. When she comes into the office and
opens Outlook 2003 cached mode, it says it has updated all folders,
but the emails are still in the old location.
I have tried removing the mail profile from her desktop through the
control panel so that it resets itself. The problem still happens
though. Her mailbox size is nearly 2GB. We are using Kaspersky Anti-
Virus on XP Pro SP2.

Any suggestions?
