I have now set up shortcuts to my personal folders (across multiple data
files) almost half a dozen times and they keep disappearing. Sometimes it is
when I exit Outlook and then open it again, other times it takes a few times
of openning & closing. Other times, it is when I close, open my wife's
profile, close & go back again as me.
I have read about a lot of people having this problem, but no proposed
solutions are actually working for me. I would really appreciate some
thoughts or ideas for what to try. Thus far, I have renamed the C:\Documents
and Settings\*acctname*\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.FAV file
based on another message board's suggestion & that didn't work.
