outlook 2003 shuts down

Everytime I start up Outlook 2003, it shuts down almost right away.
I installed MS Office 2003 onto a MS Windows 2000 Server machine. I know it
worked on my old PC with the same environment.

Pressing left-(or right-) CTRL and double clicking on the Outlook icon does
not give me an option to start it in Safe Mode.

Any ideas as to what I can do? I tried re-installing MS Office, but have
the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Click Start>Run. Enter
"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /safe
(note the quotes and spaces) in the Open field and click OK.
