Outlook 2003 Signature Block

S

Scott

I have recently changed offices with a new address. I have made the change to
my signature block but sometimes the old one will appear. I have changed it
in every place i can think of.
I am not sure why this is happening.

For which message format is the old signature still showing up?
Hold CTRL when clicking on the Signatures... button in Options to open the
Signatures folder and check your signatures there.

From versions ago ;-)
It also works on the Stationery button to open the personal Stationery
folder.

Open the (usually hidden) folder %AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures and examine
each of the files in that folder to make sure they contain what you want.
When I change a signature, I usually delete all but the .txt version, make my
changes, then left Outlook 2003 regenerate the missing formats from the txt
format the next time I use those formats when creating a message.
