Outlook 2003 Signature Problem

I have outlook 2003 connected to exchange server 2003. if i send an email
with a signature (signature contains both test and logo) the message will
send ok and arrive at it's destination, however the signature part of the
message has been removed when viewed with an outlook client. if the recieved
message is opened with a mobile device (blackberry) or OWA the signature is
complete.

this is only a sending issue as remote end can send signatures and the
original end can recieve email with signatures. this only changed 2 days ago,
before this i could send email with signatures

i would like to be able to send email with signatures
