Outlook 2003 Signature Problem

I've created a signature with my company logo (.jpg file) using Outlook
2003. When the signature is attached in my email, the photo/icon file shows
a box with an 'x' in place of the .jpg file. I checked the location where
the files are stored and I found the .jpg file in the proper folder under
signatures.
