hi. when my users log on to citrix, the next time they log onto their
workstations, their signatures are set to NONE. the workstations have
outlook 2003 sp1 as well as the Outlook hotfix that is supposed to resolve
this issue. but the problem is still occurring. i created a registry entry
to exclude the signatures folder from the roaming profile, but that did not
solve the problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
