Outlook 2003 Signatures in Registry

Does anyone know how to enable\configure signatures programmatically. I
have looked in the registry and cant determine if it can be done in the
HKLU. Thanks.

Since signatures in OL2003 are per-account, they're in the Windows Messaging
Subsystem key with other profile and account details. Look at subkey
9375CFF0413111d3B88A00104B2A6676
