Outlook 2003 slow opening messages

I am having an issue with one computer in my office that takes 3+
seconds to open an e-mail with or without attachment, and it doesn't
matter if it is html/rich/plain formatted. I have tried logging in as
a different user on the same machine and that user account doesn't
have an issue. I have also logged the user with the problem on to a
different machine and no issues. I have also launched outlook in
safemode and opening e-mails take less than a second to open. I have
gone in and unchecked com+ and addins which don't fix the issue. I
really do not want to go in and re-create this users windows profile
if I can keep from it, but I am running out of options. Any one have
any suggestions?
