Eric

Unless I hit send/receive button it takes sometimes up to 1 min for an email
to show up in my inbox. Could anybody let me know how to resolve this issue?
Any help is appreciated!

It's a regular SMTP account. We run SBS 2003 Premium Edition with Exchange
2003.

Are you connecting to Exchange? If you run it on SBS 2003 you are likely to
be using an Exchange account in cached mode.

Yes, I am connecting to Exchange. Should I disable cached mode? If so, then
how?
Thanks!

I had Download full items enabled already, but it did not fix the issue. Any

Thanks.
