Outlook 2003 so slow with Vista

When I open e-mail messges, create a new one, open a new calendar item,
Outlook 2003 is so slow, like 10 seconds to open anything. I have a new Dell
computer with Visa Small Business. I did the Safe Mode thing; I don't have
the OutlookAddin from Cyberlink, and I disabled all my Add-ins in Add-in
Manager in Outlook. Still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

One more thing, I never had the OutlookAddin from Cyberlink and this is a
brand new Dell. From what I've read, this add-in comes installed with new
Dells. Am I maybe missing it? I did a search on my computer and also checked
in Add/Remove.
