I was wondering what might cause the From: field to remain blank when sending
email. Whether User clicks New, Reply, or Forward. Seems to be random.
This is a case that my users is actually attempting to send an email to a
person that she has before and get an Undeliverable: bounce - I understand
that if the From: field is null it will cause this type of bounce but why, at
apparently random times, will my user's From: field remain null? Once user
receives this bounce she will attempt to resend from the same email and it
will successfully send; this time her From: field has her email address
populated.
Need some ideas what to go look for as I am at a loss.
