Outlook 2003 SP3 signature not always appearing in replies

R

Richard Maybury

I have Outlook 2003 SP3 and use Word 2003 as my email editor. I use simple
signatures (no graphics or frames etc). In Email Options my 'Reply' setting
is 'Include original message text'

When I reply to or forward some e-mails my automatic signature does not
appear, even though that option is specified in the email options.
I can find references to SP2 issues but not to SP3.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Yes, I do have one other account with signatures. I was just checking this
again... could it be a problem with using hyperlinks in the signature? Would
a hyperlinked 'My website' cause difficulties as opposed to full address
'www.mysite.com?

The link should not cause issues but if you don't have a sig set for each
acct, if you change accts the sig wont change.
