Hi,
After I started using email through SMTP authentication/SSL certificate with
port 587, the email sometimes cannot send out. The error says "Your outgoing
(SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured connections" with the error code
0x800CCC7D. However, on some other computers I am able to send out email
with the same pop3/smtp account using outlook 2003. I am wondering what went
wrong? Thank you.
