I recently upgraded some of my users to Outlook 2003 from 2002. It appears
that 2003 has lost some functionality. With 2002 you could create a new
message and even with a POP3 account set as your default, if you chose an
address that was in the Global Address List, Outlook would route it through
the Exchange Server. This does not appear to be the case with 2003.
Can anyone tell me if this is an error or is it a design feature that 2003
does not have?
