Outlook 2003 stop receiving email

I have a client who is using MS Outlook 2003, and as of
yesterday she can no longer receive email, she can send
but nothing comes in. We use OWA and we see all her email
that should be coming in but isn't. Any ideas why or how
can I check the SMTP/POP3 ports to make sure they are 25
and 110?
