Outlook 2003 stops responding after a long period of use

I have an EU that has a huge inbox and their Outlook stops responding at
least once a day.

The fix for this is to simply minimize the Outlook window so it uses less
memory. This doesn't always work.
Does anybody have any other suggestions to fix this?

Thanks

What is huge according to you? Have you applied SP2 already as well?

Cleaning up the mailbox works best of course.
