Outlook 2003 stops to Reconfigure for Onenote 2007 4 times

I have recently installed Onenote 2007, and while generally it is huge
improvement and perhaps a "killer app" for my tablet pc, I have encountered a
major annoyance that could become a showstopper for my going from Trial to
Paid version. In the first hour of using Outlook 2003 I have been stopped 4
times by "reconfiguring for Onenote 2007" actions, which take about 5 minutes
and which require rebooting, a 10 minute process for me. I can see needing to
Reconfigure once, maybe even twice, but 4 times? My patience is nearly at an
end. Oh, and it doesn't even tell me WHAT has been reconfigured.

As I didi never see something like this so far, could you please be a
bit more specific on the circumstances under which this anomaly
occurs?

It helps knowing that my symptom is rare. My workaround will be just to
cancel out of the reconfigure dialog when it shows up. As of now this happens
only when I Receive All from hotmail, so it's a minor annoyance for now
