Outlook 2003: 'synchronising' shared contacts

M

M

I have a Pocket PC (Windows Mobile 5.0) for personal and work use.

I keep my 'personal' contacts in the Contacts folder of my (Outlook)
Exchange mailbox.
I keep my 'business' contacts in the Contacts folder of another
Exchange mailbox which many users have access to and contribute to.

When I used Outlook 2002, I used the Outlook PCS plugin to synchronise
the Contacts from the shared Exchange mailbox into the Contacts folder
of my own Exchange mailbox. This worked very well since it effectively
allowed me to synchronise my Pocket PC with my own exchange mailbox
Contacts folder and thus have an up to date contacts list for both my
business contacts and my personal contacts.

Ive upgraded to Outlook 2003 and havent installed the Outlook PCS
plug-in (since it was designed for Outlook 2002).

Im wondering whether there is a more elegant way of acheiving the same
result without installing Outlook PCS plug-in?

Thanks
