Outlook 2003 - Tasks Issue - The Object Can Not Be Found

Need Assitance please

Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 - customer having problem assigning tasks.

Assigning Task - Getst the message The Object Can Not Be Found.

Task then show - Waiting Response from Recepient. The email is never sent
to recepient.

Using GAL to send to TASK assignment.

Affects all profiles - loaded an completely new profile on Outlook - same
issue
Did Detect and Repair on Outlook and also reinstalled Office completly.
All updates done.
