Switching between offline and connected. Outlook 2002 or 2003

Does Outlook 2002 or 2003 have option to switch between being connected and
working off-line without having to exit Outlook completely.

OL2003 does - file | work offline - should work fine if you're using cached
mode. Don't think so for 2002.
