Outlook 2003 The form you selected cannot be displayed error

Hi, I have a form that I have created that I intend to use for obtaining
component quotes from suppliers all over the world. I open the form fill out
the details and send it OK. But when replying, my suppliers get an error
"The form you selected cannot be displayed". The forums on the web indicate
there is a problem sometimes with this function and the solution if to delete
or rename the forms cache or to increase the available memory allocation.
That may be fine if the recipient is in the same building but my suppliers
are on the opposite side of the planet. There is no chance to get them to
fix this issue. I have checked the "send form definition with item" box
which I assume will email the form template to the recipient. Does anyone
have an idea how to get around this issue?

Unless you created the form with the Microsoft Access database
software, you are in the wrong place for help

I think you need an Outlook forum
