Outlook 2003; "The requested operation failed" msn email setup

When setting up an Http MSN email account, I cannot move past the email
settings of "more settings" or "next" and receive "The requested operation
failed". All information added is correct and I have talked with MSN tech
support 4 times in the last 24 hours.

Is there somone who can help me?
