Outlook 2003 Time problems

Hello,

There are various emails that I receive that aren't
getting the time marked correctly in Outlook even though
my system time clock is set correctly. I check the time
of the emails and there 1 hour behind.

Any solutions?

Is daylight savings time configured correctly?

Also verify that this is set correctly for both the sender and the mail
server.
