Outlook 2003 Troubleshooting

If I have the "ENABLE TROUBLESHOOTING" option checked in
Outlook 2003, how do I make use of it, i.e. view it's
contents?

The logs this generates should be in %USERPROFILE%\Local
Settings\Temp\Outlook Logging
