Outlook 2003--username password loop

I am running Outlook 2003 with WinXP Pro. I have recently
reformatted and reinstalled. I simply copied my
outlook.pst file back onto my new setup. I am running two
different e-mail accounts, one work-related, one
personal, but both have the same settings. The only
difference is the username and passwords. I can send and
receive fine on the work account, but with the personal
one, I keep getting asked for my username and password. I
have done the obvious thing of checking to make sure that
my password is okay. Any other suggestions?
