OUTLOOK 2003 VERSUS VIDEO MESSAGE

I have installed the video messaging over outlook 2003 as
per the download found on Microsoft website. When I record
a message and click on the Send message button I get the
following error message.

"Fialed to convert a file to WMV Format"

How do I correct this problem?
